Mamalama is a chain of laundries in Tbilisi. This page explains what customer data we receive, why we need it and how we handle it.
What data we receive
- Phone number and name — when you drop off items at one of our branches.
- Order details — order number, list of items, services and price.
- Messages — if you write to us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email.
The website uses no analytics, no advertising cookies and no data collection forms. Only the selected site language is stored in your browser.
Why we use it
- to accept, process and return your order;
- to send an SMS when your order is ready;
- to answer your questions;
- to keep records of the services provided, as required by law.
We do not sell your data or use it for bulk messages without your consent.
Who we share data with
- the SMS service — only your phone number and the notification text;
- WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) — when you message us there; these services process data under their own rules;
- public authorities — only when required by law.
How long we keep data
As long as needed to complete the order and keep the records required by Georgian law. After that, the data is deleted.
Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you can find out what data we hold about you. You can ask us to correct or delete it and withdraw your consent to processing. If you believe we have violated your rights, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Links to other websites
The website links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. These services have their own rules for processing data.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top.
